The bathroom was very clean with a spectacular shower.

I encountered several issues during my stay. the taxi transfer arranged by the hotel to the airport did not arrive, forcing me to find alternative transport at the last minute. we faced confusion at check-in due to a lack of information on door codes, resulting in unforeseen roaming charges. The steep stairs to the room were also quite challenging, adding to the overall discomfort.

poor soundproofing

the shower was leaking and quite old, which absolutely ruins the luxury vibe they claim to provide. also, the window blinds are utterly inadequate for any semblance of privacy. I expected a complimentary gesture for these inconveniences, but alas, was treated like everyone else. I almost gave a good review but just couldn’t, unfortunately.

the room was huge and so spacious, perfect location at the doorstep of the best coffee spot in chania. the hosts were amazin, felt like family! daily housekeeping was superior and never bothered me at all. lots of great restaurant recommendations too, they were exceptional. I'll stay here every time I come to chania!

only downside was the noise from the outside, it was hard to sleep sometimes. also, had some trouble finding the entrance but it was minor.

Had a wonderful time enjoying the spacious balcony and relaxing in the huge bathtub. The hotel offers great spa services and a lovely outdoor pool to unwind. Just a heads up, the Wi-Fi could be a bit spotty, but it didn't ruin my stay! 😊

The shower was fantastic, really one of the best I've experienced, like you can wash away all your worries. we were welcomed with local sweets from the hosts, which felt like they genuinely cared about our stay.

It wasn’t exactly inexpensive, but it was reasonable.

Our stay exceeded all expectations! The spacious Deluxe Suite with Balcony offered stunning views, perfect for enjoying breakfast. We loved the nearby bakeries and local eateries recommended by the staff. Late-night strolls along Chatzimichali Ntaliani street were a delightful bonus. Bring earplugs for potential noise!
